Government (and media) must tell the truth about the climate and ecological emergency (CEE), must include telling the truth about plant-based food system. Animal Rebellion recognizes that one cannot speak about the CEE without openly talking about the impacts of animal agriculture on the planet, including but not limited to: deforestation, ocean dead-zones, biodiversity loss and air pollution.

H&F meetings
XR H&F has a regular meeting on Tuesday evenings. At the moment these are on ZOOM, but they are an easy way to see what's going on and to find out what you can do if you want to be more involved. We often have speakers from outside the group - recently on Money Rebellion, Share Action and coming up soon on Non-Violence. The various Working Groups also have meetings; in person when it's safe.
The science behind the Climate and Ecological Emergency is unequivocal. There is a disaster looming, and it is of our making.

LBHF is introducing door collections of composting - to houses in 6 different areas around the borough as a trial. Our RUBBISH REBELS have been supporting this by delivering leaflets to those properties. If you'd like more information or can help with some leaflet delivery have a look here.
